At the Beach Today l read ''At the Beach'',  Oxford Read and Discover , a level 1 book. It show us a lot of interesting things about beach, ocean, rocks, plants, animals and etc...  The most interesting things that I thought is that the prawns have 20 legs and it walk with 10 legs, and it swim with 10 legs. Prawn's each legs have important work.  The second interesting thing is that a pelican can get 11 litters of water in its bill. I have never seen a pelican in person. If I went to a zoo, I want to see whether it really can that.   

The Big Balloon Race   I read The Big Balloon Race, a level 3 book in the An I Can Read Book. The main character is a little girl, Ariel. One day a big balloon race was held. Ariel was looking forward to it. Her mother joined the race. Ariel wanted to go up in the balloon, but her mother said that Ariel is too young to fly. Ariel cheered up her mother. On the way of the race, she had some troubles. It was hard for her, but thanks to Ariel, she could won the race. Ariel was really brave. Finally her mother said that Ariel is old enough to fly. Ariel was great!!

Slam Dunk for Mark I read Slam Dunk for Mark, a level 3 book in the Foundations Reading library. Mark is a good basketball player at the school. Thanks to him, the team won the game and the team would join the finals. He has no mother and father. He lives with  only grandmother. She was sick, so he took care of her. But her condition doesn't become good, so he decided to take her to a hospital. It's the final game day. He told his team members that he couldn't play on the final game. They complained him. What is important thing is the theme in this book. I enjoyed this book.

Les Miserables France, 1815. Jean Valjean leaves pison after nineteen years. Varjean must begen a new life.        Today, I' ll write about the book  Les Miserables . It is very famous and popular stoy all over the world. A lot of people enjoying this story in the musicals, books and movies.       The main character of this story is Jean Valjean. He is French, poor people. One day, he stole a bread from bakery because he had to feed his family. However, he arrested and be put pison for 19 years for only a bread stealing. He became greedy in this period. However, meeting with a great bishop changed his life.

The Baobab tree The Baobab Tree USBORNE FIRST READING  There is a kind of tree known as the baobab tree that looks as if it's upside down. This topsy-turvy  tale retells one mith of how it came to look like that.  Baobab tree was a talking tree. It was made by some African gods, long long ago. The Baobab tree talked a lot. He was always complaining about every thing around him.  Then, the gods got angry and grabbed the baobab tree and turned it upside down. So he couldn't open his mouth to talk. When I read this story, I felt it is so cluel story. The baobab tree made himself upside down by god and he could never talk again. 

Ricky and the American Girl   This week, I read  Ricky and the American Girl .  The main character of this story is a boy who likes math and computer games.  One day, he met a beautiful American girl who has long blond hair. She had lost and asked him direction. After that, he couldn't think anything except her. he fell in love. He wanted to see the American girl again, but he doesn't know her name… Ho wever, actually the American girl is a cousin of his classmate, Holly. So he decided to join a fireworks party with classmates include Holly. Fortunately, he could met the American girl, Alexis. But he was not able to talk much with her. After that, he recognized that Alexis has a boyfriend. He was so disappointed. However, new romance is  coming to him...

     This genre is Murder mystery. One day, Alex Maclennan who is a owner of Charlotte's Restaurant was killed by someone. So Inspector Jenny Logan who is a police officer in Edinburgh. There are two suspect who is suspected by Logan. One person is Alex wife's brother. Another person is Alex's restaurant manager. Logan suspects the first one wanted a lot of money, so he killed Alex. The second one disliked about Alex, so he killed Alex. What do you think which person killed Alex?      These days, I watched "あなたの番です" on TV. This is Murder mystery, too. This drama is very interesting. So I think this week's book and this drama was a little bit same. I really like the murder mystery, so I want to read more like this book.

Dead cold In January they found the girl's body. They found it in Pine Crest. Pine Crest is a small town about 90 miles from Denver, in the Rocky Mountains. In the past it was s famous for silver and gold. But now... The book is a mystery story. I like it and actuary I enjoyed it. First, I doubted a person is a murder at the story, but it was not collect. As I read the book, so many details of facts became clear. So I enjoy all part of the book. If you like story like that, please read it as so on as possible. Will you able to find out real killer?

The story of Heidi "You did clara," said Heidi. " It was your hard work"        I think this is the most famous story of fairy tale.First, this main character is Heidi. She is a active girl. One day, she was pulled by Aunt Dete to go to grandfather's house. She was very nervous because she thought her grandfather doesn't want to her.       Unfortunately, her bad hunch proved right. Grandfather asked gruffly.  

David and the Great Detective David and red-haired boy are silent. David doesn't know what to say. Then suddenly he start speaking. (p.53) First, please introduce the above sentence. this is my favorite part in this book. I think he act as if his ideal character. He is cool in this scene. David's one day was bad. He was late for school, he go to the wrong class, he can't answer teacher's question and he got scolded by his teacher. On the way to his home, he see his friends, jack. When he find David, he said his bike was stolen. So, they started searching his bike. He found the bike, but there is an old factory and some children are running by it. So David…？

Do you think Munro can keep working without death?
